[LOCATION #28] BY-1636713: Upper town

Hello! On 26/Jun/2015 I received my first postcard from Belarus, sent by Vera; it’s also my first cover from this country. It shows a view of the Upper Town in Minsk; apart from that, she also sent a painting version of this view, apart from an extra postcard of Anastasia Eremenko.
